Its established prescription delivery and healthcare merchant services business has generated revenue during each of the last three financial years and has been financed through operating cash flow and founder capital. Building on this base, the company is developing DeliveRx AI, a digital health platform intended to address limited specialist capacity, fragmented patient records and gaps in structured health data across the Caribbean.

DeliveRx AI brings clinician-supervised AI triage, telemedicine consultations, longitudinal patient records and biometric monitoring into one platform, accessed through a patient mobile application and web portals for clinicians and administrators. A dual-model AI consensus engine prepares structured clinical summaries for clinician review, while ICD-11-native coding is intended to support consistent records, health reporting and service planning. The company’s Lacks Protocol framework governs consent, audit trails and patient-controlled data sharing. The platform is also designed to accommodate family and dependant accounts and incorporate heart-rate variability data between consultations.

The platform is built and undergoing advanced testing ahead of its first contracted deployment. The company reports that a 12-month prostate cancer pilot is in advanced discussion with a regional health authority in Trinidad and Tobago, with a specialist clinical lead confirmed and commercial terms still under negotiation. It is also pursuing a pathway into Jamaica’s national digital health programme and a channel partnership with a membership organisation in Trinidad and Tobago. The intended customers are health authorities, private clinics and membership organisations, using a subscription-based licensing model, with wider expansion planned across CARICOM.

DeliveRx is seeking USD 3.2 million to complete clinical and regulatory validation, strengthen its AI and biometric capabilities, convert its pilot pipeline into contracted deployments and scale the platform across the Caribbean. The investment would also support regulatory compliance, commercial rollout and the capacity required for regional public- and private-sector adoption.

By improving continuity of care and making structured clinical information more accessible to healthcare providers, DeliveRx AI aims to support earlier intervention, more efficient use of specialist time and stronger health-system planning. The project also positions a Caribbean-developed digital health platform for regional deployment and wider healthcare digital transformation.
